Navin has 17 years of experience, in Human Resource, in his career he was responsible for HRBP, HR operations and strategic role at various stages of organization he was associated with Information Technology, Aviation, BPO and Media.
He has extensively worked at PAN India level in more of Strategic, operations and Talent Management functions, as well setting up HR department, Salary benchmarking, C & B, Competency mapping and Process reengineer. He was associated with Telco, Patni, Kale Consultants and Sabre Travel Network.
He is Management Graduate and has done Fellowship in Organization coaching and Design From S.P.Jain Institute of Management.
